Make this the bot’s active workflow
Atomically deactivates any other workflow on the same bot. Refuses to activate a definition that fails validation, or one whose node `skillRef` the bot would not serve — 400 `BOT_WORKFLOW_SKILL_REF_NOT_SERVABLE` with `details.skillRefs`. Activation re-checks the pins even when the graph has not changed, because the bot’s snapshot may have moved since it was saved. Required scope: `bots.write`.
/bot-workflows/{workflowId}/activateAuthorization

Stateless. Always 200 when the request is well-formed — the verdict is in `valid`. Iterate until `valid` is true, then create or update. Required scope: `bots.read`.
Return the bot to prompt-only mode POST
Clears the active flag without deleting the workflow, so it can be reactivated later. Idempotent — deactivating an already-inactive workflow succeeds with `wasActive: false`. Takes effect on the next call. Required scope: `bots.write`.
